letzten Tag hier auf Sao Vicente genoss ich vorwiegend in meinem Apartment Las
Rochas (https://lasrochasmindelo.com)... Für eine letzte Joggingtour
wagte ich mich raus und rannte der Küste entlang nach Mindelo. Beim Dehnen im
Casa Cafe Mindelo (https://www.casacafemindelo.com/en-casa.html)
stärkte ich mich mit einem Papayasaft! : )
I mainly enjoyed my last day here on Sao Vicente in my apartment Las Rochas (https://lasrochasmindelo.com)... I ventured out for a last jogging tour and ran along the coast to Mindelo. While stretching at Casa Café Mindelo (https://www.casacafemindelo.com/en-casa.html), I boosted myself with a papaya juice! : )

Am Abend
trieb mich ein Hüngerchen ins Städtchen und ich probierte das Chave d'Ouro
aus... Wie in der Taverna wählte ich die Spezialität des Hauses: diesmal
Rindssteak Chave d'Ouro – und wartete 1 geschlagene Stunde warten... na ja, es
war ok, halt kapverdisch…

In the evening, feeling a bit hungry, I drove into town and I tried out the
Chave d'Ouro... As at the Taverna, I chose the specialty of the house: this
time beef steak Chave d'Ouro - and waited 1 full hour... well, it was ok, just
Cape Verdean…
